Starting therapy can be scary and intimidating. The most important thing is to find a therapist that you connect with. You should have confidence that your therapist is skillful in addressing your goals. My goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and understood in your journey. If we are not a good match, I will do my best to direct you to another therapist or mental health agency that fits your goals/preferences.
Another important note- I do not accept insurance and am considered and out-of-network provider. This means you may be eligible for partial reimbursement, and I am happy to help you discover what your insurance covers. Therapy can be more affordable than you think!
