Therapy & Coaching Services

Individual therapy consists of weekly 55 minutes sessions conducted via telehealth or outdoors. Sessions are made to fit your preferences/goals and are driven by my professional expertise. Work outside of sessions (homework) is mostly self-selected and optional. I will encourage you to continue to process and engage in self-reflection and self-care between sessions. My current rate is $150 a session.

I believe connection to nature and movement are important pieces in healing. That’s why I offer outdoor sessions. Weather-permitting (I typically don’t mind the cold, rain, snow, or heat when properly prepared), we can arrange to meet at a local park or trailhead for your session. Please bring adequate clothing, water, and journal/pen with you.

I offer individual, team, and group coaching to assist athletes in resolving performance blocks, anxiety, overcoming fears, and preparing for competition. Current sports psychology methods do not address the underlying neurological and physiological aspects of overcoming performance blocks, anxieties, fear, etc. I utilize Brainspotting and visualization to help you perform at your best! Please inquire about group pricing.

Brainspotting was discovered by Dr. David Grand during an EMDR session. Put most simplistically- where we look affects how we feel. Trauma is stored in our midbrain (where memories and emotions live), and Brainspotting grants us access to the midbrain to somatically process trauma.
